While the 2025 academic year runs right through the calendar year, there are particular times when College staff are not available.

Course changes
In each year some courses are impacted by virtue of revision or other issues. Do take note as to whether any of your intended courses are affected.
Courses undergoing change
You can register for these courses in 2024 – and you need to pass. There will be opportunity for carrying incomplete work (Component registration) to 2025, but there will be no option to do a Repeat registration. Should you fail the course then you will register for it again as a Full course and you will receive the new study material:
Higher Certificate in Theology
45111 – Introduction to the Old Testament
45121 – Introduction to the New Testament
Courses impacting Repeat registrations
Should you fail a course is is strongly recommended that you re-attempt the course in the next applicable academic period (semester or year). You will use the same study material (but will receive new assignment questions), and you will pay a lesser course fee. If you allow some years to elapse before you re-attempt the course then you may be required to register in Full in order to receive the revised study material.
The following courses will impact those who hold significantly revised materials and who will now need to register in Full for the course:
Bachelor of Theology
7000 – Introduction to Theological Study Skills
The online registration process will indicate if you require updated material (it won’t permit a Repeat registration depending on the materials originally issued to you).
Applying to study
There are various ways to submit an application, and there are particular requirements to be completed for an application to be successful
Conditions for registration
You need to complete and submit an official TEE College application in order to be registered for courses. Generally this will be done through the Catalyst Student Admin system. If you do not have a Catalyst login then complete the Application Inquiry form and your account will be set up and details emailed to you. If you have difficulty using the Catalyst platform then the email contains further help on alternative ways to submit an application.
You will only be registered for the academic year if:
- You complete the application process in full (including supplying your personal and contact details, and indicating your new course selections)
- You meet the entrance requirements for your programme (and supply the required supporting documentation – including ID)
- You make the required payment before the final registration closing date (including a debit order form if using payment Option C)
You will not be registered:
- If you choose Option C (payment by instalments) but don’t supply a Debit Order mandate.
- If you have outstanding debt with the College (including fees, postage, library fines, missing books, etc.)
- If you have been expelled from any institution.
- If you are currently suspended by TEE College.
